Alistair Brownlee confirmed pre-race favourtism in the Triathlon by taking gold whilst his brother Johnny took bronze, whilst down at Weymouth, Nick Dempsey took silver medal in the men's windsurfing.
The Equestian dressage team emulated the jumpers by winning gold in the Dressage on Tuesday, while Charlotte Dujardin landed gold in the individual dressage on Thursday. High jumper Robbie Grabanz won bronze in the field event.
There were more gold winning displays in the cycling from the Velodrome on Tuesday Sir Chris Hoy became the most decorated British Olympian winning his sixth gold in the Men's Kierin. Laura Trott won the Women's Ominuim, whilst Victoria Pendleton signed off with a silver in the Women's sprint.
Thursday was another golden day for Great Britain after Dujardin's equestrian heroics as Nicola Adams became the first woman to win boxing gold, while teenager Jade Jones became the country's first ever taekwondo gold medallist.
Saturday night was a thrilling evening of athletics as Mo Farah won his second gold medal of the summer, this time in the 5,000m, Jamaica broke the world record in winning the 4 x 100m final and Tom Daley took bronze in the 10m Platform Diving.
